Working with potential clients, we develop goals and plans to bring growth in individuals, groups or teams. Drawing from my experience and training, I can offer a range of approaches, methods, tools and techniques. Formal engagements may be only a few weeks or can take months, depending on the type and scope of the goals. In every case, success depends on the commitment to engage in the hard work that real change requires.

Even when life is good, sometimes things get unbalanced. Big decisions need to be made. Things simply change. A coach from outside your “bubble” can help you explore, evaluate, and then decide. Sometimes all of this is very hard, yet the results can be great.

Individual Coaching is available for anyone, including Individual Contributors, Emerging Leaders, and Executives. Using an individualized approach, I focus on natural, authentic growth. Coaching “in the moment,” I tailor sessions to what you need or want, ensuring you remain on a healthy path to achieve your goals.

Vision. Alignment. Execution. This is the world of leaders.

Few acquire expertise in these areas without intentional development and hard work.

Working with the client organization, I develop a personalized course of study and experiences to help the emerging leaders grow into what they are naturally meant to be. And, most likely, become excellent leaders.

The course of study will typically include the following topics, and more:

  • Communication skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Directing others
  • Delegating tasks
  • Transitioning into leadership
  • Setting goals
  • Managing conflict
  • Dealing with performance issues

Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing … Long accepted as the phases of team development. But how does it work within a real-life team?

After carefully assessing a team, I work with the sponsor to develop a custom-fit development approach. Using a mix of facilitated training, exercises, assessments, coaching and even homework, I guide the team and its members along a healthy path of growth and achievement. If team members are willing to do the hard work it takes to fundamentally grow … they will! And yield measurable results

Among the tools I use are DiSC assessments tailored for Leaders, Managers, Salespeople, and Individual Contributors, and Teams. For tightly integrated teams, the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team is often used. The goal is always to build more effective relationships and teams.
